Teva is committed to building a robust, corporate-wide culture of employee total wellbeing, and justly deserves this honor.
The company supports employee physical, professional, social and financial health through three key touch points:
- Health and Financial Well-being Concierge Services – Through Teva Care Coordinators, employees and their families have an advocate and “warrior” to help them successfully navigate today’s complex health care system. A similar resource is being implemented for employees’ financial well-being.
- Well-being Champions – In addition to the health concierge, the firm offers local champions bringing face-to-face support for all the elements of an employee’s well-being: financial, physical, professional, and social.
- Total Rewards Portal – Finally, working with Conduent, the company hosts a total rewards mobile and online experience that is the cornerstone of its engagement and well-being strategy. The Conduent engagement team – our “A Team” – has worked hard to push the envelope with the full support and enthusiasm of Teva.
