Conduent Transportation proudly supports International Women’s Day 2019 (IWD) on March 8 and every day. This year’s theme of #BalanceforBetter strives to recognize the need for gender balance within organizations to bring different perspectives, solutions and ideas that ultimately benefit our employees and customers.

To achieve gender balance throughout organizations, it is essential to provide strong leaders who can serve as role models within their organizations. Conduent Transportation has built a powerful leadership team with unmatched expertise and innovation in order to grow a global business, providing transportation and mobility solutions.

Holly is the Vice President and General Manager for Public Safety Solutions at Conduent Transportation. She is responsible for delivering solutions to customers that provide safer communities.  Holly has spent the last 20 years in the security business, with the last five years in Public Safety at Conduent. She has solutioned security projects for major data centers, industrial and commercial properties, as well as integrated solutions in schools and churches.

Helen leads our customer care operations as the Vice President of Contact Center Operations. She applies her 32 years of customer service experience to provide operational excellence across Transportation. Previously, Helen served as Senior Vice President, Operations and Customer Care Leader for Conduent’s Transportation and Government clients while also making major contributions to the Tolling market. She has dedicated more than two decades to ensuring exceptional service for Conduent’s customers.

Patty leads the human resources function, supporting all Transportation employees worldwide. For nearly 13 years, she has provided innovative solutions supporting business objectives to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Patty has supported and guided the organization through various transition periods, including acquisitions and divestures. Based in Germantown, MD, she supports Conduent Transportation with nearly 25 years of experience in human resources.
