Conduent EDI Solutions, Inc. Accredited by the Electronic Health Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) for a Fifth Term on March 23rd 2017 until March 23rd 2019
After a rigorous self-assessment and multiple site visits, EHNAC has granted Conduent EDI Solutions, Inc. A Conduent Company, full accreditation of its Electronic Health Network (EHN) under the Health Network Accreditation Program (HNAP). Conduent EDI Solutions, Inc. first achieved HNAP-EHN accreditation with EHNAC in 2007. Since then, we have successfully undergone renewal every two years.
The accreditation process involves responding to and providing evidence in support of close to 130 criteria related to our business model, technical performance, resources, data privacy and confidentiality, and overall security. After the self-assessment is submitted and reviewed, site reviews of both central operational sites and data centers are performed by an EHNAC appointed auditor. The auditor rates our compliance and recommends us to Commission for accreditation.
EHNAC’s HNAP accreditation recognizes excellence in health data processing and transactions, and ensures compliance with industry-established standards and HIPAA regulations. It adheres to the latest standards in privacy, security and confidentiality. In order to earn EHNAC/HNAP accreditation, organizations are required to demonstrate excellence and a commitment to ensuring the security and privacy of health data processing and transactions for their customers.
The Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) is a voluntary, self-governing standards development organization (SDO) established to develop standard criteria and accredit organizations that electronically exchange healthcare data. These entities include electronic health networks, payers, financial services firms, health information exchanges, medical billers, outsourced services, e-prescribing solution providers and direct trusted agents.
Conduent EDI Solutions Discontinuing Services for Liberty Mutual (Payer ID – 77138)
Effective May 1, 2017 at 12:00 AM ET, Conduent EDI Solution will no longer accept 837 claim files for Liberty Mutual – Payer ID 77138. Effective May 15, 2017 at 12:00 AM ET, Conduent EDI Solution will no longer deliver 835 remittance advice(RA) files for Liberty Mutual – Payer ID 77138. EDI Services to Common Ground Healthcare Discontinued
As of 12 midnight EST on December 31, 2016 Conduent EDI will no longer be accepting claims for the Common Ground HealthCare (77170) payer.
EDI Service to Allstate Workplace Division to be Discontinued on April 1, 2016
Effective 12am ET April 1, 2016 EDI Direct will no longer accept 837 claim files for Allstate Workplace Division payer (77083). As of March 20th EDI Direct will no longer enroll new submitters.
