Infographic: Creating Better Digital Interactions between Citizens and Government

The Center for Digital Government (CDG) conducted a national survey on behalf of Conduent of more than 2,000 citizens to better understand their perspectives on government service delivery. The survey focused on citizen interactions and experiences with digital and traditional state government services. This infographic highlights key citizen challenges and important opportunities to help states improve their adoption of digital services.
