There’s been much talk recently about the reinvention of HR. Among other things, technology, the shrinking global labor pool, economic pressures, evolving employee benefit laws, a desire to make people management more strategic, and changing employer and employee expectations are contributing to the discussion that HR may need to play a different role in the company of tomorrow.

We will be exploring some of our predictions of the future of HR as part of our 100th anniversary celebration, but while looking down the road is important, knowing current trends is essential. Here is our take on what’s hot and what’s not in HR and employee benefits (click image to enlarge it).
