While organizations continue to strive for a culture of wellbeing around the globe, the definition of wellbeing — and employers’ approaches — continue to evolve and expand. This is what participants told us in our latest survey, Working Well: A Global Survey of Workforce Wellbeing Strategies.
Expanding our focus from health wellness to total wellbeing (including financial), our 2016 global survey found a significant shift in employers’ top objectives for wellbeing programs, tying them to improved performance and productivity. While just 33% report a strong culture of wellbeing today, 83% aspire to it in the future.
