This year, 350 attendees participated in our second annual employee flash survey, answering questions about the wellbeing of their employees in the areas of financial, professional, physical and social. Last week we shared the results with the survey participants, and now we want to share them with you.
As you’ll see in the below infographic, WorldatWork attendees continue to represent companies that not only believe in the value of employee wellbeing but demonstrate that value to their own employees. Our year-over-year results confirm that most companies continue to seek improvement – and share our belief that a well workforce is an engaged and productive workforce.
