WorldatWork 2017 Flash Survey Results

June 2, 2017 Jerod Zakson

We hope you were able to join us at this year’s WorldatWork 2017 Total Rewards Conference in Washington, D.C. We always appreciate the opportunity to connect with the HR community and discuss the current state of employee wellbeing.

This year, 350 attendees participated in our second annual employee flash survey, answering questions about the wellbeing of their employees in the areas of financial, professional, physical and social. Last week we shared the results with the survey participants, and now we want to share them with you.

As you’ll see in the below infographic, WorldatWork attendees continue to represent companies that not only believe in the value of employee wellbeing but demonstrate that value to their own employees. Our year-over-year results confirm that most companies continue to seek improvement – and share our belief that a well workforce is an engaged and productive workforce.

If you need help developing an employee well-being program, or need help refining your existing strategy, our team can keep the wellbeing of your employees trending in the right direction.
