Mission-Focused at the 2017 NCSEA Leadership Symposium

Conduent is proud to be the Diamond Sponsor for this year’s NCSEA Leadership Symposium, starting next week in Scottsdale. Every year some things change – the theme, the location – but some things stay the same, like the impressive commitment of child support professionals to learning, leading, and sharing their expertise.

This year’s Leadership Symposium theme is “Mission-Focused: Learning Today To Lead Into Tomorrow.” The ultimate mission of child support programs is to make life better for the children and families they serve – and everything comes back to that mission. The workshops, plenary sessions, discussions, networking opportunities, and speakers are all dedicated to the same goal.

Our Exhibit Hall home base this year is Booth 408, and the subject matter experts from the Conduent team will include:

  • Robbie Endris
  • Kim Newsom Bridges
  • Hal Carl
  • Alex Camacho
  • Zach Steed

I’ll be there for the conference as well as my second year as an instructor at NCSEA U, helping child support professionals build the leadership skills and knowledge for future opportunities. Last year I was blown away by the dedication and commitment of the NCSEA U attendees. This year’s crop of future leaders is shaping up to be just as remarkable.

One more quick note – at the conference, we’ll be celebrating new board members recently elected to the NCSEA Board, including our own Robbie Endris, whose term as Director will officially begin on September 1. Congratulations, Robbie!

August is Child Support Awareness Month, and sponsoring and attending the NCSEA Leadership Symposium is only one of many ways Conduent is working to support our clients’ mission this month and beyond. Stay tuned for more updates on the blog throughout the month.
