Jeff Cook is the General Manager for Conduent’s Documents Management and Automation business. He has more than 25 years of experience in Operations Management, Relationship Management, and Corporate level Strategy and Transformation. In his current role, he leads a global team supporting document management, automation, transformation and downstream process management for some of the most renowned global brands, enabling those organizations to provide outstanding service to their end clients.
