Alex Reilly serves as Senior Manager of EBT Fraud Analytics and Investigations at Conduent. He is a forensic accountant, data analyst and fraud investigator with expertise in payments, healthcare, financial services, insurance and government programs. With an MSA and BBA from James Madison University, he is a CPA and CFE who has worked with federal, state and local agencies, as well as commercial clients. Alex has led fraud investigations uncovering millions in losses, advised the USDA on SNAP fraud prevention, and developed anti-fraud strategies for EBT programs. Chris Carter leads Conduent’s efforts in fraud across Public Sector, including strategies and prevention, call centers, cardholder authentication, and claims management and adjudication. His leadership and expertise ensure the security and integrity of government payment systems at Conduent. With more than two decades in financial services, Chris has held significant roles at Conduent and other Fortune 500 companies, bringing extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and customer service to his current role.
