Denise Adaway

Denise Adaway is the Payments Portfolio Leader at Conduent, bringing over 26 years of experience in Human Services and Payments, with deep expertise in Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) delivery and operations. She began her career as a county training lead during the initial rollout of EBT in Georgia and later led card and retail delivery operations for the Southeast Coalition. Throughout her career, Denise has successfully led high-performing teams across the Midwest, Southeast, and western U.S., managing end-to-end EBT implementations and ongoing operations. Today, Denise oversees Conduent’s Government Payments portfolio, where she is responsible for strategic planning, delivery execution, and the overall health of the business. EBT remains a cornerstone of her leadership focus, driving innovation and operational excellence across the portfolio.
