Kurt Urbanozo leads the talent and site marketing communications function of Conduent Philippines and Malaysia region. He is currently based in Manila, Philippines supporting various commercial and shared services units of Conduent in the region spanning across talent marketing and employer branding, talent engagement, internal communications, external relations (including CSR and DE&I projects), client experience management, and special site initiatives such as crisis communications and office branding, among others. He rejoined Conduent in Q1 2018 and launched the Conduent brand in the region that same year to position the company as a digital business solutions and services provider while being a great and safe place to work for professionals.
