Lisa Henley, Senior Director for Strategic Payment Solutions, joined Conduent in 2011 and works with states to develop payment solutions that provide cost savings and ensure the timely delivery of critical services.
Prior to joining Conduent, Lisa served the Oklahoma Department of Human Services for 30 years, during which she served as the Director of Electronic Payments.
Lisa was instrumental in implementing Electronic Benefits Services (EBT) and prepaid debit card programs, including the nation's first multi-program debit card for services like TANF, Child Support, State Supplement payments, Foster Care, and Adoption Assistance.
