Building Community Resilience Session at NACCHO 360

Conduent Healthy Communities Institute (HCI) and Kane County Health Department presented at the 2021 NACCHO 360 Conference.

During the session, HCI’s Ashley Wendt and Jane Chai, along with Stacy Zeng from Kane County Health Department, discussed how collaborative planning processes can build community resilience and bolster public health response efforts.
