Kim Newsom Bridges

Kimberly Newsom Bridges leads Conduent’s child support business and brings over 34 years of experience at the local, state, and national levels. A former Account Manager for multiple Conduent contracts, she has a strong record in advocacy, policy, and legislative work. As Director of the Ohio Child Support Directors’ Association, she led its first legislative effort to modernize administrative processes. A past President of the National Child Support Enforcement Association, she helped strengthen its focus on policy and government relations. She recently earned her Master’s Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, reflecting her commitment to leadership excellence.
