Extending our Partnership with the National Child Support Enforcement Association

We’ve proudly extended our annual Platinum-level partnership with the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA). The association’s Corporate Partner program began last year, and Conduent renewed its support at the highest level.

“As our sole Platinum Corporate Partner, Conduent’s continued support helps us advance the national child support conversation,” said NCSEA Executive Director Ann Marie Ruskin. “Their subject matter experts work tirelessly to contribute to conference programming, leadership training and other activities that strengthen how child support programs serve children and families.”

Our engagement with NCSEA is constant, and this week our subject matter experts are attending the 2019 NCSEA Policy Forum in Washington, D.C. The event brings together more than 400 professionals from government, industry and organizations at the national, state and local levels. This year’s forum focuses on how child support programs around the country can help lift families out of poverty.

For more than 25 years, Conduent has served child support agencies, helping them to improve services for citizens. We currently process more than 40 percent of the nation’s child support payments every year, leading the industry in accuracy, efficiency and reliability. Our ExpertPay™ platform handles approximately $2 billion in payments per year from employers, payroll processors and individuals.

“Our innovative, technology-forward solutions can help transform child support processes and programs,” said Marcus Collier, Group Chief Executive of Conduent Government. “And our partnership with NCSEA, the premier child support industry association, reinforces the collaborative, cooperative spirit that’s so essential to helping our clients address their fiscal, operational and technological challenges.”

Scott Cade is Vice President of Child Support Services at Conduent Government, as well as an Honorary Life Member and Past President of NCSEA.
