Conduent wins prestigious Brandon Hall Award for learning and development certification program
Conduent was awarded under the Best Certification Program category for its Train the Digital Trainer Certification Program.
Conduent is honored to have been named a winner of the 2022 Brandon Hall award under the Best Certification Program category for its Train the Digital Trainer Certification Program. This program enables business trainers to become effective virtual trainers as a response to rapidly changing workplace dynamics. This program was completely conceived and implemented internally through collaboration between Conduent Learning Services and Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) teams. So far, over 300 Conduent team members have been trained across all businesses through this program and 155 trainers have been certified.
Led by Liz Naylor from Conduent Learning Services along with support from Debie Prado, Ashwin Antony, Roberto Donado, Helena Solares from L&D and Bervis Ned, Kathrin Haase-Pohle and Benjamin Steinhöfel from Customer Experience, this 20-hour certification program blended learning (including 8 hours of instructor led sessions) over the course of 4 weeks. Despite having never met each other face-to-face this small but mighty team pulled this off by identifying exceptional trainers from those certified to facilitate and conduct future sessions. The program can be integrated with Microsoft Teams and be customized to accommodate business timeframe availability without compromising content, interactions, or sessions.
