In an age of uncertainty around the Affordable Care Act (ACA), healthcare costs and treatment delivery, there are some surprising disparities between what providers believe – and patients say – are at the top of their list of concerns.

Our eBook examines the survey results with an eye toward reconciling what we “think” with what we “know” about patient attitudes in the interest of greater collaboration and better outcomes.

For example, while most providers assume cost is at the top of the list of patient concerns, the reality is that patients are more concerned about side effects of medications. Although it’s no surprise patients and providers agree making prescription drugs more affordable should be a top priority.
