Public health and healthcare experts are working collaboratively to collect and share critical health data to help cities understand the impact of COVID-19 to its citizens and its communities.  While this data is vital to understand the spread of disease, it is equally important for government agencies to best prepare and implement public safety measures.  However, in an emerging situation, data collection and analysis is often incomplete and inconsistent.  In this whitepaper, Conduent Transportation identifies parking data may be used as an innovative data source to help inform and guide public health policy.
