EDI Industry Accreditations

A leader in data integration standards, Conduent participates in many EDI Standard councils including the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X12, Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) and others through which we help to inform EDI process and system improvements and best practices. Additionally, a covered entity under HIPAA guidelines, Conduent EDI Solutions has been recognized by organizations that promote and regulate industry standards for electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) and EDI.

EHNAC Accredited

We have maintained Healthcare Network Accreditation Program for Electronic Health Networks (HNAP-EHN) accreditation from the Electronic Health Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC), now DirectTrust EHNAC, since March 2007, achieving full accreditation through nine rigorous assessments, covering privacy, technical performance, business practices, resources, and security, renewing every two years.

CAQH CORE Certified

Prior to the 2013 adoption requirement, our covered entity was an early adopter of the CMS‑mandated Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CORE™) regulations.  We are CAQH CORE™ certified for Eligibility and Benefits (formerly Phase I) and Claim Status (Formerly Phase II) certification, meeting infrastructure, data content and connectivity rules.  We are also certified to meet EFT and ERA Operating Rules (Phase III) and are prepared to help our clients meet these standards.

We have maintained current CORE certification since adoption and, with our recently completed renewal, are certified through 2024.
