Conduent to Showcase Solutions at APHSA ISM 2019

Conduent and Indiana FSSA share spotlight at APHSA ISM 2019

Health and human services agencies have faced turbulent seas in the last decade, including roiling challenges from our aging U.S. population, cybersecurity and privacy threats, rising numbers of chronic diseases and other epidemics, and difficulties ensuring value integrity.

At the same time, technological disruptions are rapidly increasing as well. In many ways, the U.S. healthcare sector has reached a tipping point that requires every state to transform and modernize, simply to keep up with the pace of change.

Conduent will sponsor and speak at APHSA ISM 2019 to help steer industry discussions on a range of thought-provoking topics. Our Government Healthcare Services team will provide ‘all hands on deck’ to deliver relevant answers and assist state agencies, based on the success of customers who have already taken transformative steps forward.

To share existing challenges and help states ride the wave of digital transformation, our executives will also participate in a special panel discussion on Indiana’s operational transformation, specifically how Conduent helped Indiana overcome crucial challenges to transform into one of the nation’s most successful and sophisticated HHS service organizations.

The session is entitled, Conduent and Indiana FSSA: Collaborating to Serve 1.5 million Hoosiers. It will take place on September 25th 2019 in Room 102DE, level 1, at 8 AM.

Andrew Hunkin, Conduent Senior Director/Client Executive, and Christine Quinn, Senior Business Development Consultant for Conduent Health and Human Services Eligibility will join Jared Linder, Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) to speak about the challenges, opportunities, and rapid productivity improvements that took place in Indiana.
