As part of the Everest Group research, the company updated its classification of 35+ services providers on the Everest Group PEAK Matrix for CXM. The PEAK Matrix is a framework that provides an objective, data-driven, and comparative assessment of CXM service providers based on their absolute market success and delivery capability.
